Thieves? - Jolene Kimberly Vanderwal "Romaszewski" (Facebook DOB: May 27, 1985) and "Duke" Derek Frank Romaszewski (Facebook DOB: 1 March 1989), existing in Chilliwack and Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.

Jolene Vanderwal "Romaszewski" and "Duke" Derek Romaszewski - Chilliwack Thieves?
In April of 2015 our tenants Jolene Vanderwal "Romaszewski" and her husband "Duke" Derek Romaszewski had a barn fire - which garnered media attention possibly because they were using my property to grow marijuana!
In addition to leaving me with a destroyed building, I was also left with a $30,000 unpaid BC Hydro bill as well as $37,000 owing in rental arrears.
On August 27, 2015, our home in Chilliwack was broken into and ransacked by a few lowlife thieves.
During the course of the next week my wife and I slowly started to get our house back in order by cleaning up a different room each day.
Would you believe what we found during the cleanup?
A British Columbia Services Card with the ID "Jolene Kimberly Romaszewski"; .

2 Travel Insurance cards provided by TIC Travel Insurance - valid for the dates May 25 - 29, 2015, with coverage provided to Derek Romaszewski and Jolene Romaszewski (Policy# redacted).
Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. Here it was, in my home. Her ID, and their travel insurance cards. She has never been in my home. I could not believe what I was seeing. You judge for yourself. How will she explain this being in my HOUSE???????
She has therefore been awarded the "Chilliwack's Dumbest Criminal" distinction for 2015 by this website
If ever there was someone who was born privileged, here she is. She is a Vanderwal, born into a very successful dairy farming family who own Cedarwal Farms - Elite Holstein Genetics & Genomics. Her grandfather and grandmother Tony Vanderwal and Nicky Vanderwal moved from Holland to Langley, BC in 1951 and began milking six cows on a small acreage. In 1960, Tony bought his first purebred cows and Cedarwal was born. In 1975, the farm moved from Langley to the current location in Abbotsford, farming 180 acres and milking 120 cows. Her uncle (Dr. Rich Vanderwal of Abbotsford Veterinary Clinic) manages Cedarwal's extensive embryo transfer program.
Her future is/was apparently secure and I believe she actually has/had a management position handed to her by her family on their organic dairy CedarValley that also burn't down in a fire on 28 June 2015 - just a short time after the fire they had on my property. Hhhhmmmmmmmmmmm???????????????????????????????? It seems where there is Jolene Vanderwal, there is fire?
In 2014 after Duke overdosed on drugs and spent months in rehab, I did not have the heart to terminate the lease when he started going into financial default. After the fire, both Jolene and Duke just walked away.
So it would be even more amazing that after all I have suffered because of them, that it would be those two that would come back and rob me?
For those of you who know Duke and Jolene, I suggest you never let either of them into your homes or let them know if you are planning on going away for a few days, (Dukes very own grandfather just made this very mistake 30 days ago, and while he was gone his property was burgled) unless of course you are planning on being away for just a Sunday, because Sunday is the day of the week that the "little darlings" Duke and Jolene attend Church with the rest of the family at the Gateway Community Christian Reformed Church, 2884 Gladys Avenue, Abbotsford, BC
Duke does not drive (at least he is not supposed to anyway), because on March 19, 2015 he plead/was found guilty in relation to charges that arose from a traffic incident on April 11, 2014.
Would you believe that within 3 days of this website going up Duke was yet again charged with new offences - allegedly committed 9 October 2015 - You guessed it - Driving while prohibited - See Document 64476-1 for which he was found/pled GUILTY on 15 February 2016; and then on January 8th, 2016 Derek Romaszewski was charged with yet another offence - CCC - 733.1(1) Breach of Probation Order - See Document 81045-3-B
